Cleanliness at the Spa: How We Care for Linens, Towels and Rooms
Cleanliness is one thing a spa in the tropics can't cut corners on. Bali's humid climate makes itself felt fast: a musty smell, stale linens, stuffiness. That's unacceptable to us, so hygiene at 2MoonSpa isn't a one-off clean but a protocol between every guest.
Fresh linens for every guest
Linens and towels are changed after every session — no exceptions. You always lie down on something clean, not on something that «looks fine». That's basic respect for the guest, not an option.
Airing out and fighting humidity
Between guests the room is aired, surfaces are wiped and disinfected. We pay special attention to humidity and smell — that's prevention of mould, the main enemy of a spa in a tropical climate.
Sealed containers for oils and products
We refill oils and cosmetics from sealed, labelled containers. No suspicious open bottles «from last time» — it's about both hygiene and predictable quality.
If anything ever seems less than perfect — tell us right away. We want to know about every small thing so we can fix it before it spoils your experience.
